One of the most decadent, imaginative, and memorable meals I've ever had. There is only one seating and lunch took 3.5 hours, but I'll never forget it. Words fail - so here is the menu. If you get lucky with the website and get a res, GO! Standout dishes starred...

Amuse- soufflé in a tuile with caviar, duck tongue on crispy rice, deep fried sweet shrimp heads

Beau soleil oysters w/hackleback caviar
